Subjects: CD-1 fetal mouse UGS cells

Chemical: Bisphenol A

Low doses tested: 5 or 50 pg/ml

Route of administration: added in vitro to fetal prostate cells

Exposure duration: gestational day 17 – gestational day 24 (comparable to human prenatal development from approximately day 1 of week 8 to day 1 of week 22)
