Decreased luteinizing hormone in first generation males at 1.2 μg/kg; decreased testosterone, estradiol and follicle-stimulating hormone in first generation males at both doses

Subjects: Holtzman rats

Low doses tested: 1.2 or 2.4 μg/kg bw/d
